This portal facilitates the matching of photos of Unidentified found persons, children and dead bodies with the Images of Missing persons or criminals registered in the police stations across the country and thus helps in the identification and restoration of these found persons.

This is basically a web-portal, but can also be used through a browser on a mobile phone by the field officers. Whenever a child/person/deadbody is found, his or her clear photo of face may be taken and uploaded in the App for matching.

This image search facility uses a Machine learning algorithm for comparing Images and displays three best matches and provide their details as available in the CCTNS database.

This facility is available to police personnel only, as it is assumed that any recovered person/deadbody is first reported to Police.

Police Personnel has to first sign up using a Govt. email ID, thereby creating a user name and password.
